Tietoevry are looking for a System Analyst to join our Customer Operations organization and our Service Desk team, mainly located in Kalix. You will be a part of our team, supporting banks and credit institutes in the Nordic market using our applications, and handle service desk cases within ITIL-based processes in an ITSM tool called ServiceNow. System Analysts work as second line support investigators and have continuous customer dialogues to reach high customer satisfaction. You will also continuously contribute to develop our services and processes to improve efficiency and quality. Skills
Analytic skills and basic understanding of software applications as well as basic IT/infra understanding is required. Technical education within software engineering, programming, database knowledge, digital services, mathematic or similar is preferred but not a must. Fluency in English and Swedish is a must and any Finnish skills are merited. In addition, experience from the financial industry, system expert in cLO and/or cLA and basic knowledge in is an advantage but not a must.
Personal strength
As a person you have a lot of drive, you are able to coordinate and drive activities and are a good communicator. A skilled investigator who is independent, thorough and structured. You enjoy contributing and working as part of a team but can also be independent in your daily work. Customer education and communication around system functionality
Participate in operational Service Desk meeting with customer, if requested
Close cooperation with Software developer and Technical Specialists



Skills
