Service Desk Specialist (First Line Service Desk)

We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist who will join our Customer Operations organization and our customer account team. You will independently and pro-actively drive service desk cases for existing clients in the Nordic market and have continuous customer dialogues regarding service delivery to reach high customer satisfaction. You will also continuously contribute to developing our services and processes to improve efficiency. Take the opportunity to join a high-speed and knowledgeable team delivering value to clients within the Financial Services and banking sector.
The focus will be to:
Administrate, drive and communicate Service Desk requests tickets in ServiceNow and through our other communication channel
Respond to user questions
Keep track of SLA´s and prioritizations
Coordinate small change request deliveries for customers
Prepare regular performance and status reports as well as Monthly Service Reviews for both the client and for internal use. Run governance forums on an operational level with clients.
Be part of Customer Account teams and be responsible for service desk topics and items.

To succeed in this role, you should be fluent in English and Swedish, administrative skills, communication and light project management skills is a must. In addition, understanding Software applications as well as basic IT understanding is required. Is meritorious to be able to speak and write Finnish.
We also see that you have a minimum upper secondary school degree, experience from coordination and/or light project/activity management. You have experience from working with Software applications. Experience from Service Desk, CRM tools and/or case administration or customer service is meriting.
As a person you have a lot of drive, you are able to coordinate and drive activities and are a good communicator. You are independent, thorough, organized and structured. You enjoy working as part of a team but can also be independent in your routine tasks. You have a passion for driving customer satisfaction, give service, enjoy customer dialogues as well as building relations with others.

As a member of our international team, you will work on loan administration solutions for processing high volumes of corporate credit, mortgages and unsecured loans.
With us you will be responsible for:
Working closely with developers and QA engineers to optimize builds, tests, and deployment workflows
Providing day-to-day support to manage development tools, code repositories and utilities currently deployed, upgrading when necessary in the least disruptive manner
Leading the development of CI/CD tool and process automation for improved orchestration and workflow capabilities
Building and management of the development and testing environments, assisting developers in debugging application issues using tools
Working closely with delivery teams on customer projects, aligning DevOPs tasks with project time plans. Tasks may included customer contact.
Supporting data migration sub-projects (part of scope in some customer projects) with migration BD management on target environments
Participating in the building of tools and processes to support the infrastructure
Leverage scripting to build required automation and tools on an ad hoc basis
Operating the platform within our security and privacy guidelines
Ensuring that the integration test plan is followed and that relevant test cases are written and stored in by TietoEvry chosen tool
Contributing that efficient test methods and techniques are used or developed
Documenting the DEVOPS processes and the way of working
Interacting with Business Analyst and assisting with analysis and correction of errors
Immediately informing scrum master/project manager of discovered risks and be aware of estimates agreed with customer
Supporting the customer during UAT (User Acceptance Testing)



We expect you to have:
Strong knowledge of TFS CI/CD Integration Pipeline
Understanding of deployment tools to ensure faster and better deployment with minimal errors
Experience/interest with automated test tools and frameworks
Working knowledge of SoapUI
Web development background: Microsoft .NET framework, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML as well as testing these technologies
Experience in IIS management and configuration
Experience in managing Web services (WCF)
Working knowledge of
Understanding of Agile Development Methodology (Scrum) - not mandatory
Strong experience with Visual Studio / TFS / Git
Good teamwork & communication skills (business proficiency in English)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related work experience
